By accessing or using S.I.M.P.L.E. SD ("the Service"), available at www.simple-sd.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

S.I.M.P.L.E. SD is a free, browser-based system dynamics modeling tool. The Service allows users to create, simulate, save, and share system dynamics models.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account via email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the models and content you create. By publishing a model to the public Model Library, you grant S.I.M.P.L.E. SD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that model within the Service. You may remove your published models at any time.

You agree not to upload or publish content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or scripts
• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the Service in bulk

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Simulation results are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decision-making.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.I.M.P.L.E. SD and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
